- Presented multiple papers, posters, and videos at national forums.
- Published multiple papers in national and international ophthalmology journals.
- Established & developed National Surgical Skills Development Centre, a Wet Lab in December’ 1996 at R. P. Centre. It was the matter of immense pride for R. P. Centre as it was the first of its kind in India with facilities of international standards. The aim of setting up of this centre was to provide the surgical training to practicing ophthalmologists of India on technique of Phacoemulsification on experimental eyes.
- Developed a technique of inducing cataract in goats’ eye to make them suitable as training model for Phacoemulsification which was published in International Journal of repute (Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, 2000).
- Designed a surgical training program for practicing ophthalmologists in techniques of Phacoemulsification in experimental eyes.
- Trained practicing ophthalmologists in Phacoemulsification between 1997 & 2000.
- Trained district eye surgeons, under World Bank assisted Cataract Control Program, in the techniques of ECCE & IOL between 1997 & 2000.
- Organized “Wet Lab on Phacoemulsification” in Annual Conferences of Delhi Ophthalmological Society in April 1998 & 1999.
- Organized “Wet Lab on Slit Lamp Examination” in Annual Conferences in Delhi Ophthalmological Society in April 2000.
