Job Description:

  • Forecast the quantity of items to be procured
  • Raise Purchase order to vendors
  • Follow up with vendor for timely delivery as per vendor agreement.
  • Ensure all the required documents are received from vendor and GRN is done timely by depot team
  • Create a dynamic distribution plan to fulfill the requirement of center teams
  • Update the ROL/ROQ tracker and ensure products are being dispatched as per the tracker by depot team

Business Analyst – Healthcare

About the Opportunity

Eye-Q is seeking a BA, responsible for leading client engagements and Business and solution /functional requirements to deliver medium and large-scale HMS-EMR, CRM and marketing solutions for our business use. On Large-Scale projects, this role will lead specific modules of the solution. The BA will serve as liaison between the client and delivery teams in context of business needs and functional requirements and solution implementation.

Essential Functions:

  • Works to discover analyze and document user business requirements and translating those needs into solution definitions / Functional requirements.
  • Coordinates closely with internal product teams and external client teams to develop, document and prioritize requirements.
  • Align client/user business requirements to the product features to minimize customizations.
  • Transitions final deliverables to the technical implementation team, ensuring they fully understand client requirements and details of the design and plan in collaboration with solution architect/Development Team.
  • In collaboration with manager contributes to identify different tracks of work, prioritization of tracks of work and helps to resolve client/user requirement questions.
  • Configures system settings and identifies multiple options from the product to meet the requirements.
  • Creates/reviews UAT strategy. Supports in UAT Sign off. Review test plan and test cases for UAT
  • Reviews test case and test plans and provides input to cover functional coverage.

Technical Requirements

  • The ability to create Business requirement document, Functional specifications, User story, Requirement Traceability, support technical documentation (including Visio documentation of overall business solution, Batch job documentation, API analysis) required
  • Knowledge in SQL, JSON and XML is preferred
  • Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts is a plus
  • Good understanding of marketing and Healthcare concepts
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and non-iterative) and creation of defined artifacts
  • Knowledge of business intelligence technologies

Must Have

  • Hands on experience in requirement analysis and requirement elicitation, client facing experience identifying client’s business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs.
