• Presently, working as Consultant in Cornea and Refractive Services  at EYE Q PNK (Super – Speciality Eye Hospitals) at Lucknow.
• Postgraduate training in ophthalmology at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore (MAHE)
• Sir Ratan Tata Fellowship in Phacoemulsification at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. 
• Fellowship in cornea and anterior segment at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.
• Trained in Lamellar Keratoplasty under Dr. Rajesh Fogla at Apollo Hyderabad.

• Submitted a thesis titled “Astigmatic Profile in Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery”
• Published a paper in Canadian journal of Ophthalmology, Vol 42, No 1, 2007, titled “Dislocation of in- the- bag posterior chamber intraocular lens in a patient with intermediate uveitis” Bela Kamboj, Shobhit chawla, Mohit Khemchandani.
• Attended the Annual Cornea Surgeon’s Meet at the L. V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad in Feb 2003 and presented the “Technique of Deep Lamellar Keratoplasty.” Aashish Bansal, Bela Kamboj
• Delivered numerous guest lectures at various National Conferences like DOS, Uttaranchal Ophthacon and lectures at Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Raibariely.
