Academics
Dr. Mehrotra has done his MBBS degree from Medical College, Rohtak. In 1970. 
He has completed his post Graduation from Nehru Institute of Ophthalmology & Research, Sitapur.

Experience 
He worked as a Senior Eye Surgeon at Sitapur Eye Hospital. After that he worked as Medical Supdt; of B.M.N.Hospital, Asthalbohar, Rohtak, a 250 bedded hospital. He is in private practice at Roorkee for last 19 years.

Surgeries so far
Performed more than 40,000 cataract & other Eye surgeries.

Phacoemulsification,Infective Keratitis.
